Fearless 6 was created in honor of Sawyer Costa — a daughter, sister, teammate, and friend whose fearless spirit touched everyone she met. Sawyer was full of life both on and off the ice. She played with heart, led with kindness, and brought joy to every locker room, car ride, and tournament weekend.

In May 2025, Sawyer’s life was tragically cut short when she was struck by a car. In the midst of heartbreak, her family and community came together determined to keep her light alive — to take the joy and strength she carried and share it with others.

The Fearless 6 Foundation was born from that love. Its mission is simple: to make hockey accessible for every child who wants to play. By reducing costs and funding opportunities, Fearless 6 helps ensure that the game Sawyer loved so deeply continues to inspire confidence, connection, and courage in others.
